The Various Diet Foods

Many people who are a little overweight feel greatly disheartened because many of their favorite food items like ice cream and chocolate are banned from their daily food intake. The overweight person is led to believe that such foods behave like an enemy, frustrating his efforts to lose fat. One wonders why health foods are not made tasteful and attractive to the consumer.
